ISSUE
The purpose of the project was the final design of the water supply pipelines from the water well location south of community of Moustheni and the final design of the water distribution networks.
SOLUTION
The community of Moustheni has 
no water distribution network. The total population of the community based on the census of 1991, was 820 residents.
The design of the project was pursuant to the Greek Presidential Decree 696/74. Specifically, the project included the construction of:
- force main pipeline for supplying water, from the water well to the reservoir upstream of the community, with a total length of 2.040m, made of PVC 100 PN16 and pipeline diameter of 150mm
- water distribution networks, with a total length of 8.500m, made of PVC and pipeline diameter of 100mm
BENEFIT
The design of the project solved the problem of water supply and distribution in the community of Moustheni.
